Since 2011, we have been engaged in a couple of successful IT and
Recruiting startups, that we funded, managed and operated ourselves.

In 2014 we began to start to branch out into the venture capital world and
established Gruendermaschine as a FinTech incubator in Frankfurt a.M.

In 2018, we extended the idea of Gruendermaschine into a full Investment Holding, specialised on IT Technology, digitalized processes and disruptive business models.

Since then, we have launched our own ventures in legal tech and cryptocurrencies.

Since 2019, we are open for business for clients and customers who wish to participate from our experience in successfully startung, funding, managin and operating small to medium tech businesses in various business areas.

We are still majority shareholders in our own funded ventures and continue

to invest in promising ideas and teams, that are capable to deliver..
